The Queen B herself stopped into a new Chicago favorite on Friday to satisfy a hankering for some Southern comfort.

Working up an appetite after playing a packed show (in the rain) at Soldier Field, Beyoncé, along with Jay Z, Michelle Williams, and friends rolled into Buck’s, the Southern funk-inspired hangout in Wicker Park, around 12:30am and enjoyed the fun and funky atmosphere until 3am.
Knowing a thing or two about Southern food, the Texas-born superstar and her entourage munched on starters including the Devlish Eggs (four eggs, smoked salmon, creole mustard) and Fried Green Tomatoes (sea island pea salad, hot sauce dressing, buttermilk), while enjoying Buck’s classic buckets of Fried Chicken and Buttermilk Biscuits with a lots of apple butter for their main dish. For a sugary nightcap, the star opted out of Lemonade and went for the Beignets with espresso butterscotch, as well as Buck’s signature S’mores Biscuit (toasted marshmallow, salted caramel). With most dishes coming in under $10 at Buck’s– it’s easy to eat like Beyoncé, even if you haven’t performed a sold-out show!
