Last night, while in Chicago filming scenes for “Empire,” singer and actor Ne-Yo was spotted out in River North having dinner at Public House with a few others. Although the “Miss Independent” singer tried to be as low-key as possible he was still recognized by a table of fans sitting next to him where he graciously took a photo with them. Ne-Yo was not out very long as he was speculated to have some early scenes to film for the hit Fox television show in the morning.
