Chef Tony Mantuano recently threw a first pitch at Wrigley – the Spiaggia chef and lifelong Cubs fan’s dreams came true last Weds, 6/7 when he threw the first pitch during the Cubs v. Marlins game at Wrigley – and did very well, as photos can attest.
As a side note, There’s a fun tie-in to an Eater Chicago story initially run in 2013, were Tony included as #28 on his “30 Before 30” Bucket List, “Tony throws the first pitch at a Chicago Cubs game.”
