Former White House Chief of Staff William Daley and his wife, Bernadette, dined at Cafe Spiaggia on Wednesday, July 12. They enjoyed summer squash, Cafe Spiaggia’s iconic meatball, spring greens, gnocchi, cavatelli and assorted gelato for dessert.
Known Spiaggia fans James Pankow and Lou Pardini of the band Chicago, dined in on Thursday, July 13. Fun was had by the staff and the patrons throughout the meal. They started with bubbles and zuppa and then moved on to gnocchi and bistecca. They finished off the meal with gelato. Pankow and Pardini sent compliments to the staff and chefs before leaving.
Just last night, Former Mayor Richard Daley dined in Spiaggia’s new private dining room, Sala Privata. Daley opted for the spigarello, truffle gnocchi and halibut.
