The Lemon: Chicago Welcome Party was hosted at Spiaggia on 8/7. The Welcome Party included noted guests and chef community luminaries such as Paul Kahan, Donnie Madia, Tony Mantuano, Joe Flamm, and more. The party served as the exclusive kickoff event for the annual Lemon: Chicago Fundraising Event. Lemon: Chicago is a fundraiser for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, an organization that helps fund childhood cancer research. The event includes 30 chefs serving signature dishes and live and silent auctions for the guests to participate in, raising massive amounts of money and drawing the best and brightest chefs on the national culinary scene to support through cooking and donation.
