Sammy Hagar, “The Red Rocker,” dined at Spiaggia on Saturday, 9/3. He kicked things off with a shot of Cabo Wabo while his wife had a margarita. The two then enjoyed Wagyu tartare, Spanish Octopus, Risotto Carbonara, Gnocchi with truffles, Polenta, and a bottle of Roagna Paje Barbaresco. Sammy commented that he loved Spiaggia’s more casual, laid-back dress code (Spiaggia got rid of its no jackets rule about two years ago).
