More than 4,500 people jumped into the icy waters of Lake Michigan this past weekend for the Polar Plunge to raise money for Special Olympics. In fact, the event brought in more than $1 million for the cause! I got exclusive access to a special area where all the stars were hanging out before taking the plunge. Some cast members from the show Chicago Fire and Chicago PD were there like Jon Seda, David Eigenberg and Taylor Kinney. Shortly before the plunge started I got word Taylor’s fiancé Lady Gaga would be taking the plunge too! Everyone was buzzing once that news spread. Taylor was sweet enough to run out into the crowd to get his fiancé and when she walked in the room, first thing she said was, “Hey Bitches!” Haha. Members of the Chicago Fire and PD cast congratulated her on her engagement and Eigenberg insisted she wear special socks to protect her feet which she put on.
