Vanderpump Rules’ stars James Kennedy and girlfriend, Raquel Leviss dined at TAO Chicago on Saturday evening to celebrate James’ 28th birthday. The couple enjoyed Filet Mignon “Tokyo” Style, Hong Kong Noodle, Shrimp Tempura, Yellowtail Serrano along with a mocktail, espresso and Chai tea.
