Last night Joe Flamm, executive chef at Spiaggia and contestant on this season of Bravo’s Top Chef, participated in the “Shoot The Puck” challenge at the Chicago Blackhawks game and scored! For his winning shot, Chef selected Pilot Light for the $500 charity donation. Congrats to Chef Joe!
