Chris Baio (aka DJ Baio) of rock band Vampire Weekend kicked off Lollapalooza after party festivities at Susan Sarandon’s co-founded ping pong social club, SPiN Chicago – deejaying for the lively crowd post-festival. Baio is also a solo artist, when not touring with Vampire Weekend. Just last year, he released a well-received debut solo album “The Names,” following his debut solo EP “Sunburn” in 2012. DJ Chris Baio is set to take stage today (Saturday, July 30), spinning at Lollapalooza in Chicago’s Grant Park.

Additionally, this last week brought a lot of music to Chicago – with Drake performing a concert at the United Center on Wednesday, July 27 as part of his Summer Sixteen tour with hip-hop artist Future, where Kanye West also took stage.
Drake is an avid ping pong player – so it comes as no surprise that after his concert, Drake made way to SPiN Chicago with his entourage of approximately 70 people, where he hosted an after-show ping pong party.
