The 20th Annual Cancer Survivors’ Celebration & Walk is the Lurie Cancer Center’s tribute to cancer survivors, and the strides being made in cancer treatment and research. Held on Sunday, June 2 (National Cancer Survivors Day), the non-competitive walk begins in Grant Park at the corner of Columbus and Balbo Drives and continues along Chicago’s lakefront. This community awareness event is expected to draw close to 4,000 participants—bringing together cancer survivors, family and friends with the physicians, scientists and health professionals who support them. It’s the biggest National Cancer Survivors Day event in the country! To get more info click HERE!
