Tinsley Mortimer officially made the move to Chicago, and celebrated with soon-to-be fiancé Scott Klutch at TAO Chicago with dinner, followed by dancing at the nightclub on Saturday. After a bottle presentation made its way over to their VIP table welcoming her to Chicago, Tinsley grabbed the Chicago flag and proudly started waving it back and forth. Scott proposed to Tinsley the following day by the steps of the Chicago Water Tower.
